9 Days Delivery Guarantee!

We offer a '9 Days Delivery Guarantee� on most products bought on the site. The products ordered will be at your doorstep within 9 business days (Monday to Friday), of your payment having been cleared. Deliveries to Uttar Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, North East may need an additional 4-5 days to fulfill the statutory requirements by these states.

The Delivery Time of 09 days is the maximum as the products generally gets delivered within 4-5 days of the order.

Warranty & Service 

All Electronics sold on are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the Manufacturer. They come with minimum 1 year Manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's Authorized Service Center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise. Any Service issues if arises the buyer needs to contact the service center. Any shipping expences for sending the goods to the service center has to be beared by the buyer.

Preorder or Forthcoming: These items are soon to be released and we prebook your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch. The Preorder duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. Eg: 5th May, August 3rd week.

How does the guarantee work?

We are able to provide guaranteed delivery for our products because we manage our complete supply chain from sourcing to warehousing to dispatch. We are confident of our capability and therefore, we would offer an Online Discount Coupon worth 50% of the product value or Rs.500/- per Order (whichever is lower) if we fail to deliver in time. The Discount Coupon will be sent to all the eligible customers within 2 weeks post the Order is delivered.

What is not covered

  • Products under Gift Voucher category.
  • Delivery delays due to customer unavailability. (If the courier has come to the shipping address within nine business days and not been able to deliver. The courier may or may not contact you before coming - that is something we have no control over).
  • Cheque/DD orders - Delays in depositing the Cheque/DD from customers end could result in products going out-of-stock in which case we will refund the amount and cancel the order.

Cash On Delivery 

  • Cash on delivery is available for certain products and only for certain locations.
  • You will be required to make a Cash payment to our Courier Partner, only at the time of delivery of your order.
  • The maximum order value for C-o-D is Rs. 50,000
  • Please make ONLY Cash Payment at the time of delivery. Cheques or Demand Drafts will not be entertained.
  • e-Gift Vouchers or Store Credit cannot be used for C-o-D orders

Free Shipping

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all our products above Rs. 1000.00
  • For Category of products where Shipping Cost, the total shipping charge for your Order will be displayed once you proceed to check out.
  • Octroi charges wherever applicable is to be borne by the customer.
  • It is our endeavour to ship all items in your Order together; however this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability. Also there may be restrictions on accepting Orders for certain pin codes as cannot be shipped to those destinations. In such scenarios, order will not be accepted online and message will be displayed requesting to provide an alternate pin code.
  • Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single shipping address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you need to place multiple orders.

International Shipping 

  • For International Shipping other India there is an additional shipping charge is to be paid and if any custom duty is applicable then it has to be bourne by the client itself.
  • Shipping time may time for International Shipping and the Guarantee Shipping time is not applicable for the same.

Shipping Method 

  • Reputed Courier companies like Blue Dart, DTDC, Overnite Express, Professional Couriers are used to send the goods by AIR but if the product order is a big product or high in volume weight we ship the same by ROAD. 

Why did I receive a Partial Order.?
In some instances, there could be an item in your Order that may have failed our Quality Check(QC), which is done prior to dispatch, and don’t have an alternate QC passed item.  In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.
